Chien-I (Mike) Chang, Research Associate IV
Mike earned his PhD from UMass Chan Medical School, where he gained extensive research experience working with a variety of research models. He later joined the Wu Lab as a Lab Manager, contributing his expertise to the lab's work. Outside of the lab, Mike enjoys playing badminton, playing the piano, and hiking.

Shukla Sarkar, Postdoctoral Researcher
I'm Shukla Sarkar, a Ph.D. in cellular and molecular immunology from the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology, Japan. My research explored JunB's role in CD8 T cell responses. I’m skilled in flow cytometry, qPCR, Western blotting, RNA sequencing, and data analysis. Passionate about immuno-metabolism and bioinformatics, I've contributed to impactful projects and publications. I enjoy mentoring students, science communication, and connecting with my roots through Indian music and dance. Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, and Telugu, I'm dedicated to advancing biosciences.

Alexander LeePapastavros, Rotation Student
Alex grew up in Arlington, Massachusetts and graduated from Cornell University before working as a research assistant studying pancreatic beta cells at the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston. He is excited to dive into the complex world of epigenetics, immunology, and metabolism and understand their implications in cancer. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his fiancée and church community, bird-watching, reading, trying new coffeeshops, and exploring new places in nature!

Qiaoming Li, Rotation Student
Qiaoming got his BS and MS from Fudan University. He respects the complexity of TME and enjoys analyzing expensive omics datasets. Outside of work, he likes playing basketball, cooking and road trips.
